In August 2026, Bolin Biotechnology celebrated its 11th anniversary with a two-day team-building journey to Liuba County, Hanzhong, located deep in the Qinling Mountains.

Bringing together colleagues from our Xi'an headquarters and our production facility in Liquan, the event was more than a company trip. It was an opportunity to strengthen teamwork, appreciate our shared values, and celebrate the journey we have built together over the past eleven years.

Building Connections Beyond the Workplace

The team arrived in Liuba in the afternoon and started the journey with local cuisine and cultural exploration. Surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery, colleagues shared conversations, experiences, and moments away from their daily responsibilities.

The visit to Zhang Liang Temple provided a peaceful opportunity for reflection. Its historical atmosphere reminded us of the importance of patience, dedication, and continuous improvement — values that have guided Bolin Biotechnology throughout its development.

During the journey, the team visited the beautiful Niunai Lake and Shizigou Pasture, enjoying the natural landscapes of the Qinling Mountains.

In the evening, team members gathered together for a celebration filled with music, activities, and laughter. The relaxed atmosphere allowed everyone to connect beyond their professional roles and experience the strength of the Bolin team.

Challenging Ourselves at Zibai Mountain

The highlight of the second day was climbing Zibai Mountain, with its peak reaching an altitude of 2,610 meters.

The 2,610-meter ascent to Zibai Mountain’s summit required careful pacing, mutual support, and real-time communication — remarkably similar to the coordination needed between our Xi'an R&D team and Liquan production facility when fulfilling urgent OEM orders. One colleague from quality control noted: “We climbed as slowly as the slowest member, just like we inspect every batch as carefully as the most demanding customer expects.”
